Bed cleaning is mostly about what you cannot see. A mattress takes in sweat every night, and skin flakes and dust work their way into the fabric. Does mattress cleaning remove dust mites?
Every mattress gets our 4-step deep clean, and the last step is 100°C+ steam against germs and dust mites.
Do you take the mattress away?
No. The technician cleans it on site in your bedroom; the mattress does not need to be moved.
Can yellow sweat marks be removed?
Most sweat and water marks improve clearly; see the single mattress above. Very old stains may not come out completely, and the technician will look first and tell you before starting.
We have a baby or small children. Is the cleaning solution safe?

How long does mattress cleaning take?
About 45 minutes for a queen (double) mattress.
How long does a mattress take to dry?
About 4 hours with a fan on.
Can you remove pet urine stains and smell?
Yes, pet urine odour can be removed. Stains less than about 3 months old are much easier to clean; the older they are, the harder they are to remove completely. Pet urine contains uric acid, which stays in the fibres once it dries and over time can discolour or damage the fabric, so it is best cleaned as early as possible.
