These terms apply to on-site cleaning services provided by KCRP SOLUTION (SSM: 003072052-P) under the "Mr Clean & Clean 清洁一哥" brand. By booking a service you agree to them.
1. Bookings
The service is by appointment, at your premises. Book through WhatsApp or by phone on +60 11-1979 1026. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
2. Quotes and prices
A quote given from photos is an estimate. After seeing the items on site, the technician confirms the final price and scope with you before starting; we do not start without your confirmation. When the work is finished we check it with you, and you pay only when you are satisfied with it.
3. Results
Results depend on the fabric, the type of stain and how long it has been there. Some old stains, dye transfer, fading or wear in the material may not come out completely; we will explain this as far as possible before starting.
4. What we need from you
- Access to the items and a power supply;
- Valuable or fragile items moved away beforehand;
- The material of each item, and any known damage, loose parts or special requests.
5. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable professional care. We are not responsible for damage or defects that existed before the service. If you have any concern about the service, please contact us as soon as possible after it is completed.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Terma ini terpakai kepada perkhidmatan cucian di premis anda yang diberikan oleh KCRP SOLUTION (SSM: 003072052-P) di bawah jenama "Mr Clean & Clean 清洁一哥". Dengan membuat tempahan, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini.
1. Tempahan
Perkhidmatan ini adalah melalui temu janji, di premis anda. Buat tempahan melalui WhatsApp atau telefon +60 11-1979 1026. Sila maklumkan kami seawal mungkin jika anda perlu menukar atau membatalkan tempahan.
2. Sebut harga dan harga
Sebut harga berdasarkan gambar ialah anggaran. Selepas melihat barang di lokasi, juruteknik akan mengesahkan harga akhir dan skop kerja dengan anda sebelum bermula; kami tidak akan bermula tanpa pengesahan anda. Selepas kerja selesai, kami akan menyemaknya bersama anda, dan anda hanya membayar apabila anda berpuas hati.
3. Hasil cucian
Hasil bergantung pada jenis kain, jenis kotoran dan berapa lama kotoran itu ada. Sesetengah kesan lama, luntur warna atau kehausan bahan mungkin tidak hilang sepenuhnya; kami akan menerangkannya sebelum bermula setakat yang boleh.
4. Perkara yang kami perlukan daripada anda
- Akses kepada barang dan bekalan elektrik;
- Barang berharga atau mudah pecah dialihkan terlebih dahulu;
- Jenis bahan setiap barang, dan sebarang kerosakan, bahagian longgar atau permintaan khas yang diketahui.
5. Liabiliti
Kami memberi perkhidmatan dengan penjagaan profesional yang munasabah. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerosakan atau kecacatan yang sedia ada sebelum perkhidmatan. Jika ada sebarang kebimbangan, sila hubungi kami secepat mungkin selepas perkhidmatan selesai.

Terma ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.

1. 预约
本服务为预约制上门服务。请通过 WhatsApp 或电话 +60 11-1979 1026 预约。如需更改或取消时间，请尽早通知我们。
2. 报价与价钱
根据照片提供的报价为初步估价。技师到场查看实际状况后，会在开工前与你确认最终价钱与清洗范围；未经你确认，我们不会开工。清洗完成后，我们会与你一起检查效果，你满意后才收费。
3. 清洗效果
清洗效果视布料材质、污渍种类与存在时间而定。部分旧渍、染色、褪色或材料本身的损耗可能无法完全去除，我们会在开工前尽量说明。
4. 你需要配合的事项
- 确保技师能进入清洗地点，并提供电源；
- 预先移开贵重或易碎物品；
- 告诉我们物品的材质，以及已知的损坏、松脱或特别要求。
5. 责任
我们会以合理的专业谨慎提供服务。对于服务前已存在的损坏或缺陷，我们不承担责任。如对服务有任何问题，请在服务完成后尽快联系我们。
6. 适用法律
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。
